How much does it cost to hire an engineer through Percime?
Rates depend on the role, the seniority and the length of the engagement. Send the role you need through the form on this page and we will reply within one business day with a fully-loaded rate — the number you actually pay, with nothing added later.
What is included in the rate?
The rate covers the engineer’s compensation, recruiting and screening, payroll, benefits and local compliance, equipment and workspace, and the engineering management overseeing delivery. There are no recruitment fees and no separate line items.
Do your engineers work in our timezone?
Yes. Our engineers work your hours rather than ours, so standups, pairing and code review happen live rather than on a next-day cycle.
What happens if an engineer is not working out?
We replace them at no cost to you. You interview every engineer before they join, so this is rare, but the replacement is on us when it happens.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Engagements are billed monthly and there is no minimum term, though most clients plan in three to six month blocks because that is how long meaningful work takes.
